Network18, Zee hike channels and bouquet pricing from Feb 1

Already facing revenue pressure from ad sales, top broadcasters decided to offset the impact by increasing the MRP of their channels for subscribers with effect from February 1, 2024.

So far, Network18 and Zee Entertainment have uploaded new Reference Interconnect Offers with revised pricing of their channels and bouquets.

However, Sony Pictures Networks India and Disney Star India are expected to publish their new RIOs soon.

According to the RIO published by Network18’s distribution arm IndiaCast, the MRPs of 16 channels have been revised. The network has dropped 58 bouquets.

The new bouquets add Sports18 channels and are priced above Rs 34.

The bouquets, excluding sports channels, were priced starting at Rs 28.

Similarly, Zee Entertainment has revised the MRPs of the network channels and bouquet pricing.
