Zee Khana Khazana launches new show 'Urban Cook'

Zee Khana Khazana, India's premium 24hr food channel, is all set to make home cooking quick, simple, comforting and delicious with a brand new and exciting show 'The Urban Cook' hosted by Chef Sabyasachi Gorai especially designed for the urban audiences who have little time to cook in their day-to-day schedules.

The Urban Cook show premiers on 14th December 2013 and will air on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at 8.30 pm, with repeats on Monday to Friday at 10pm. Chef Sabyasachi Gorai - Executive Chef, Olive Bar & Kitchen, widely acclaimed for his experimental take on cuisine will use a great mix of everyday and exotic ingredients besides some fancy appliances to make yummy food catering to urban requirements and preferences.

In addition to sharing recipes, Chef will share unique tips and tricks and make cooking a pleasurable experience e.g. making and keeping sauces for pasta, masalas for the entire week, cutting and storage, stocking of ingredients for the week and much more.
