International cricket megastar Virat Kohli has been named the brand ambassador of the 83-year-old luggage brand, American Tourister.
The brand has signed the sportsman, who is riding high on his recent performance on ground, to feature in a new integrated marketing communications campaign. The new campaign will be publicised in India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, kick starting from the month of March, 2017.

As the core of American Tourister’s brand connect has been youth appeal, a young icon, such as Kohli, who represents the same sentiments, makes this association extremely relevant for the brand. The signing of Kohli coincides with the launch of new backpack collection by American Tourister for 2017.
