MindShift Metrics, the research arm of digital outreach agency MindShift Interactive, is gearing up to launch new services to mark the completion of four years of the digital outreach agency. These new services are aimed at helping brands delve further into consumer and business insights through digital under the name of Digital Communication services.

Digital Communication offerings will help bridge the gap between various aspects that are critical to create an impactful digital presence. It shall empower marketers, brands and agencies to ideate, test and then execute their campaigns, leading to a scientific and thought-through process of creating digital outreach. The Digital Communication model shall answer every query raised about a brand's communication and marketing journey on digital.

A Digital Expert Panel shall be sharing their inputs on predefined parameters that have been assigned to each offering. The objective of the study, the timeframe of the research and the inputs shared by these experts shall define the efficiency of this model. The Panel of Experts will assist brands in creating and curating the topic by evaluating it with the set parameters based on discussions and consensus.

The services will include:

Campaign Tracking: Robust evaluation of a particular campaign starting from reach, frequency, fans to perceptual shift facilitated by the campaign. It will even diagnose the impact of the campaign on the brand as a whole.

Content Testing: Understanding the potential of a creative (look and feel) before it goes up and break-through messaging to evaluate the effectiveness of a message being communicated.

Evaluate: Evaluating and optimising a #tag before it is posted on social media. A brand no longer needs to question if it will work or it won't because the agency will ensure the audiences have tested it out privately.

Platform Screener: Finding the correct audiences by choosing a suitable platform for the brand, basis the industry and the company's objective.

Online – Off take: Gauging the potential of a digital campaign to go on offline mediums.
