TTND-LogoInternet products and services company TO THE NEW Ventures has announced its strategic move to consolidate its specialised service businesses, which used to operate as separate entities – Ignitee Digital, IntelliGrape Software, Tangerine Digital and Techsailor – to form TO THE NEW Digital.

Headquartered in Singapore, TO THE NEW had set up its foundation in fast track Asia, including India, Singapore, and China, in the early 2011 by acquiring a Delhi-based content management company called Tangerine Digital. In December 2011, TO THE NEW acquired Delhi-based Intelligrape, a premium technology company that develops web and mobile applications using cutting edge technologies. In 2012, the company acquired Mumbai-based digital marketing services company Ignitee Digital. This was followed by the acquisition of Techsailor in China and Singapore in 2013.

Disrupting the digital landscape, the company has been strategically investing to further strengthen the innovation and resources in order to integrate them to become one of the most powerful digital services providers. Over a span of time, the company has now become a leading digital services provider across geographies.

Through this consolidation, TO THE NEW Digital will now combine the power of technology, analytics, creative and content for digital transformation. The consolidation gives TO THE NEW Digital a competitive edge and a bigger playfield with more than 300 clients spread across 30 countries.

Consolidated business aims to triple its current manpower strength of 600 people to 2,000 by 2017. TO THE NEW Digital also plans to expand its global footprints from its current eight offices in six countries (India, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Phillipines) to Europe and the US. This will enable the company to help its client base of 100+ companies in the US and Europe. The company's physical office in Sweden is set to be operational by end of first half of the year in order to further strengthen its foothold in the European market.
