The_Amazing_Spiderman_2_poster'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' will premiere exclusively on Sony Pix and Sony Pix HD on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at 1 pm, with repeat telecast at 9 pm the same day. In the second installment of 'The Amazing Spiderman', viewers can witness the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man, portrayed by actor Andrew Garfield, as he fights notorious villains like Rhino and Electro.

The channel will also be launching an interactive contest, titled 'Amazing Spidey Experience', where the winner will get a chance to head to a superhero training academy In New York. All one needs to do it dial 096939-96939 and register themselves. There will also be personalised message by Emma Stone and the director of the movie, Marc Webb, to all the viewers of India to watch the premiere of 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' on Sony Pix. The aim of all this is to bring the viewers close to the channel, spread awareness that the new movie is coming and provide trivia that has never been heard before.
