RK Arora, Group CEO, iTV Network, has put in his papers after a stint of two years with the company. His next destination could not be ascertained at the time of filing this report.

Arora had joined iTV Network in November 2012 as CEO - Broadcasting and was elevated to Group CEO in August this year. In this new role, Arora was responsible for strategic and operational management of the iTV Network and was overseeing the group's diverse portfolio of assets spanning news broadcasting including English news channel NewsX, Hindi news channel India News and four regional news channels.

Arora is a senior professional credited with turning around companies in the news genre. A chartered accountant by profession, he has extensive experience spanning over 20 years in distribution, finance and profitability of companies.

Prior to iTV Network, he was CEO with BAG Network (News 24, E24 and Darshan 24). He was also associated with Independent News Service (India TV) since its inception.
