Honda Cars, one of the leading manufacturers of premium cars in India, has flagged off the 'Longest Drive through Amazing India' with its family sedan Honda Amaze. To mark the occasion, an ad campaign titled 'Amazingly Indian' has been created by Ogilvy & Mather - North and Soho Square, its sister agency, to celebrate the success of Honda Amaze.

About the brief, Ajay Gahlaut, Executive Creative Director, Ogilvy Group - North, said, Our brief was simple: Amaze is a car built for India. All the features of the car are aligned with that single-minded thought. We decided to challenge this theory to the max. So, we simply asked a family to find an address in the most testing road conditions in the country - Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi - filmed it, and that's our TVC.” The campaign will be promoted through ATL, BTL and other mediums.

The drive will cover a distance of over 23,000 km, covering the length and breadth of the country. Moving through 250 cities and towns across the diverse terrains and picturesque corners of the nation, the drive will culminate at Greater Noida. Within just 16 months of its launch, the car has reached the 100,000 sales milestone. During the drive, multiple customer meets will be organised across cities, where in customers will not only be a part of the fanfare, but also be encouraged to participate in the drive.

The drive will traverse through mountainous terrains, coastlines, flat highways, congested city roads and the interiors of India, showcasing the durability and reliability of Honda Amaze.
