Jiten Bhagat has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Percept/H, with effect from May 5, 2014. Percept/H is a 50:50 joint venture of Percept and Hakuhodo of Japan, and is the flagship advertising agency of Percept Limited.

Bhagat will be responsible for strengthening the Strategic Planning and Integration function, overseeing the entire operational functioning and business of Percept/H at a national level, as also providing strategic direction for the agency. He will also be focused on creating opportunities for synergy within and across the Percept Group, attaining profitability and revenue growth organically & inorganically, as also paving the roadmap for the overall businesses for Percept/H.

Prior to joining Percept, Bhagat was associated with leading agencies such as L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, Ngage & Design Law & Kenneth, Leo Burnett, FCB Ulka and Grey Advertising. He has been instrumental in launching and creating iconic brands like Mahindra & Mahindra's Scorpio, Pantene Shampoo, UltraTech Cement, Essenza Di Wills, Fiama Di Wills, Vivel Di Wills, Rejoice Shampoo, Spencer's Retail and Beverly Hills Polo Club.
