Brian Johnson is the lead singer for the mega rock band AC/DC. When he's not fronting the biggest rock band of all time, Johnson can normally be found behind the wheel of a powerful supercar. Now, he's landed his dream job as he gets to share his passion in the new series 'Cars that Rock'. Watch the AC/DC frontman drive the world's most iconic cars, getting under the hood of marques like Lamborghini, Bugatti and Rolls-Royce every Friday at 9 PM, starting June 13, 2014.

Johnson is a car racing enthusiast second to none. He enjoys racing his vintage race cars in historic races throughout the United States. In 2009 Johnson appeared on Top Gear in the 'Star in a reasonably priced car' and did very well.

In Discovery Turbo's new series, Johnson drives the finest cars on the planet, from the Bugatti Veyron to the Lamborghini Miura, visiting the production lines and meeting the engineers, designers and managing directors to learn what goes into making the most iconic car marques in history.  In the first episode, he delves into the rich history of the Mini and gets to the bottom of the world's enduring love for this very British brand.

Further in the series, Johnson travels to the home of Bugatti, Alsace in France, to learn the story of the marque's two clear eras of success, from early racing triumph to its modern rebirth with the record-breaking Veyron. Viewers will get exclusive access to the Bugatti Automobiles Atelier, the private collection of rare and vintage cars at Mulhouse's Cite de l'Automobile. Johnson gives viewers an astonishing insight into the truly illustrious world of a marque that is not only iconic, but outrageous in every way.

As a Rolls Royce owner himself, Johnson takes a particularly personal journey of discovery into the rich story of this infamous brand, with insight ranging from its original high-class chauffeurs to the lives of the Lords they drove, and from the romantic origins of the 'Spirit of Ecstasy' to an exclusive sneak peek at the marque's brand new model, the Wraith.

Returning to his motherland, Italy, he uncovers the colourful history behind the brand that was the original inspiration for the phrase 'supercar' – Lamborghini. He meets the founder's family to uncover the truth behind 'that' Ferrari rivalry legend; and with access to their state-of-the-art facility in Sant'Agata Bolognese, looks to their future of continuing innovation and growing success.

Johnson gets a glimpse of the glory days before learning how Bentley has revived their racing roots, bringing their former successes into the modern day. With an opportunity to drive some of the most important cars in Bentley's history, including the 8-litre monster that sent W.O. Bentley into bankruptcy, Johnson then shoots into the present in the Continental GT Speed, Bentley's fastest road car to discover how the brand have endured the test of time to secure a place as the ultimate icon of style and class in the world of modern luxury cars.

On the year of its 50th anniversary, Johnson heads to Stuttgart, the home of Porsche, to delve into the rich history of the brand that has stayed so true to its heritage and is the perfect example of German efficiency. With exclusive access to Porsche's secret storage facility, Brian looks into the legendary cars that have secured the marque's success, and is afforded a peek at the amazing prototypes that never made it to mass-production. Porsche's racing history is uncovered with the help of Richard Attwood and Porsche's original Le Mans winning 917, before Brian attempts to make some Porsche history of his own, racing a 911 RSR at the infamous Nurburgring.
