In his last stint, Mistry turned entrepreneur and launched Ushta Te HR Consultancy Services to provide recruitment solutions across key verticals like media, advertising and luxury.

When contacted by BestMediaInfo.com, Mistry said, "I have to absorb so much right now. I do not have any preconceived plans for change for DNA but we do have a lot of plans for the future and we need to work towards those. DNA has a great brand value and great potential. As a group also, it is available across different platforms. The outlook, design, everything is commendable. We just have to make sure that the brand carries on the trajectory that it started with.”

When asked about his consultancy, Mistry replied, “As far as my consultancy goes, it is going to be handled by a separate team who will manage the business."
