Despite a few changes in the pecking order, the top 10 weekday shows of Week 39 remained same as in the previous week. According to TVT data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 39 (September 22 - September 28) for the CS 4+, HSM markets, Star Plus held 5 spots in the top 10 list; Zee TV and Colors had two shows each; and SAB TV had one show.

Among weekend shows, Comedy Night with Kapil on Colors was the most watched show. Sony's CID was at No. 2 followed by KBC and Crime Patrol at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively.

Weekday toppers (all data in TVT in 000's)

Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus continued to be the chart topper with 9,614 TVT this week (last week 9,819).

SAB's Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma jumped two positions to No. 2 this week with average TVT of 8,096 against last week's 7,276.

Jodha Akbar on Zee TV slipped one position to No. 3. The show registered 8,027 TVT in week 39 (last week 8,025).

Colors' Balika Vadhu jumped two positions to No. 4 this week by adding maximum viewers among all shows. The show grew to 7,797 TVT (last week 6,551).

Pyaar Ka Dard Hai on Star Plus slipped two positions to No. 5 and recorded an average TVT of 7,191 (last week 7,342).

Star Plus' Saathiya rose to No. 6 from last week's 7th position. The show garnered average TVT of 7,101 (last week 6,456).

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus slipped two positions to No. 7. The show averaged at 6,328 TVT. The show had an average TVT of 6,587 last week.

Despite a drop in its viewership, Star Plus' magnum opus, Mahabharat, held its position at No. 8. The show fetched an average of 5,518 TVT (last week 6,356).

Zee TV's Qubool Hai was at No. 9 with an average TVT of 5,511 (last week 6,340).

Colors' second show in the top 10 club was Sasural Simar Ka. The show fetched an average TVT of 5,446 this week (last week 5,214).

Weekend toppers

Comedy Night with Kapil on Colors topped the weekend chart with 6,804 TVT (last week 7,244).

Sony's CID fetched an average TVT of 5,505 (last week 5,070).

KBC on Sony garnered an average of 5,176 TVT this week (last week 6,134).

Sony's other crime show, Crime Patrol, averaged at 4,789 TVT this week against last week's 6,415 TVTs.

Zee TV's new dance reality show, Dance Ka Tashan, fetched an average of 4,189 TVT (last week 5,021).

Life OK's Shapath rose to No. 6 position with 3,729 TVTs against last week's 3,988.

Comedy Circus on Sony fetched 3,505 TVT (last week 3,092).

Fear Files on Zee TV recorded an average TVT of 2,733 (last week 2,751).

Sony's crime show, Adalat, recorded 2,692 TVT (last week 2,546).

Star Plus' crime fiction, Arjun, recorded 1,967 TVT (last week 2,086).

Life OK's other weekend show, Mahadev Putra Bal Ganesh Ke Adventures, recorded 1,878 TVTs (last week 1,815).

Buddha on Zee TV in the Sunday 11 AM slot recorded 1,305 TVT (last week 1,537).
