Week 39 of TAM data saw the top four channels of last week – Star Plus, Colors, Zee TV and Sony – losing viewership by over 120 million gross TVTs. As per TVT data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 39 (September 22 - September 28) for CS 4+, HSM markets, Star Plus, Colors and Zee TV held their No. 1, 2 and 3 spots, respectively.

While Life OK grew this week and replaced Sony again at No. 4 position, SAB gained maximum viewership in the week and inched closed to Life OK at No. 5. Sony slipped to No. 6.

Star Plus stayed on top despite losing 28 million TVTs in Week 39. The channel recorded Gross TVT of 506 million and relative share of 21.75% (last week 535 million TVTs with 22.42% relative share).

Colors' loss was comparatively lower among all the channels at 21 million TVTs. The channel recorded Gross TVT of 458 million and relative share of 19.69% (last week 480 million TVTs with 20.13% relative share).

Despite strong performances by its fiction shows, Zee TV lost 30 million TVTs this week. The channel fetched 384 million of Gross TVT with 16.5% of relative share. The channel had 414 million TVTs with relative share of 17.35% last week.

Life OK returned to No. 4 at the cost of Sony. The channel recorded a Gross TVT of 334 million against last week's 313 million. The channel's relative share was 14.36% in Week 39 against 13.13% in Week 38.

SAB TV added maximum viewership by 42 million this week recording 332 million of Gross TVTs. The channel rose to No. 5 position with 14.25% relative share (last week 289 million TVTs and 12.14% relative share).

Sony slipped to No. 6 again by losing 41 million TVTs. The channel recorded Gross TVT of 286 million with 12.29% relative share (last week 327 million TVTs with 13.72% of relative share).

Sahara One's viewership was at 27 million TVT with 1.15% relative share (last week 26 million TVTs and 1.11% relative share).
