Tata Housing Development Company has launched an experiential campaign, 'Spain to Spain', which will continue till July 31, 2013. This Spanish culture based campaign has been initiated for Tata Housing's award winning-project, La Montana, near Talegaon, a Mediterranean-themed development which offers 2 BHK apartments of 1,053 sq ft starting at Rs 4,600 per sq ft.

The campaign brings alive the Mediterranean lifestyle at the project site and lets visitors truly experience the culture of Spain. La Montana is strategically located near Pune, in the lush green landscape of Talegaon hills, with Lonavala as its neighbour. It aims at showcasing a beautiful extension of Spain in your Pune home backyard which is aesthetically designed to include porticos, classic arches, cut stone facades and terracotta railings around the entire township. This exudes an aesthetic Spanish aura with several ongoing activities which include the celebrated La Tomatina festival with artificial tomatoes, bull fighting, flamenco dance and more.

Tata Housing plans to reach out to consumers and prospective buyers through print ads, creative outdoor, digital and social media platforms. Visitors at the venue will not only get to experience the Spanish fiesta but will also stand a chance to win a fully paid trip to Spain  at a time when the real La Tomatina is getting unfurled in the Valencian town of Buñol. The winners will be selected through a lucky draw and the holiday will include a completely magical Spanish Holiday package supported by Spain Tourism.

This campaign is a prelude to the residents' waking up to a Spanish ambience in La Montana every morning.”
