publive-imageThe first full week of IPL witnessed a decline in ratings of shows across all Hindi general entertainment channels. According to data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 15 (April 7 - April 13) of TAM 2013, Star Plus continued with five shows among the top 10 weekday shows as well as all the top 3 positions. Colors and Zee TV held two positions each while SAB's Tarak Mehta continued to be in the top 10 club.

Among the weekend shows, Star Plus' Nach Baliye Shrimaan Shrimati topped the chart and grew to 2.6 TVR from 2.3 TVR in its opening week. CID and CID Chote Heroes were at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively. Zee TV's India's Best Dramebaaz slipped to No. 4 position this week.

Weekday toppers

Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus continued to be on the top among the weekday shows. The show averaged at 3.9 TVR (last week 4.2).

Star Plus' Pyaar Ka Dard Hai averaged at 3.2 TVR this week (last week 3.6).

The third position was also held by Star Plus' show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai that fetched an average rating of 3.1 TVR (last week 3.3).

At No. 4, SAB's Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma averaged at 3.0 TVR against last week's 3.2 TVR.

Veera on Star Plus remained among top 5 shows with an average TVR of 2.9 this week (last week 3.1).

Colors's Madhubala held its ratings and No. 6 position this week. The show fetched an average TVR of 2.7 (last week 2.9).

Colors' Balika Vadhu climbed two positions to No. 7 this week. The show averaged at 2.5 TVR this week (last week 2.8).

At No. 8, Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke on Zee TV fetched 2.5 TVR (last week 2.9).

Star Plus' Saathiya slipped one position to No. 9 with an average of 2.3 TVR (last week 2.9).

Zee TV's Qubool Hai was at No. 10 with an average TVR of 2.3 (last week 2.5).

Weekend toppers

Star Plus' Nach Baliye Shrimaan Shrimati grew to 2.6 TVR in its second week after opening at 2.3 TVR.

Sony's crime show CID recorded an average TVR of 2.3 (last week 2.2).

CID Chote Heroes recorded an average TVR of 2.1 (last week 1.4).

India's Best Dramebaaz on Zee TV slipped two positions to No. 4 with an average TVR of 2.0 (last week 2.2).

Sony's other crime show, Crime Patrol, fetched 1.8 TVR this week (last week 2.0).

Comedy Circus ke Ajoobe on Sony averaged 1.5 TVR (last week 1.9).

Star Plus' crime fiction, Arjun, recorded 1.3 TVR (last week 1.5).

Zee TV's Fear Files also fetched 1.3 TVR.
