Manas Mishra quits Initiative Media; headed for Vizeum

Manas Mishra, President, Initiative Media, has put in his papers. According to infolrmed industry sources, he is joining Vizeum in a senior position sometime this month. He will report directly to S Yesudas, Managing Director – Indian sub-continent, Vizeum India, it is learnt.

Yesudas could not be contacted at the time of filing this report.

Mishra joined Initiative Media sometime in June last year after two top Lintas executives quit – Sudha Natrajan, who was CEO of the agency, and Raghav Subramanian who was COO.

Mishra had moved in from Starcom MediaVest Group, Greater China, where he was working as Managing Director from September 2011.

Mishra is a media and communications professional with 17 years of experience spanning media strategy, revenue growth, successful team leadership, and P&L management. Prior to Starcom, he was with Mudra Connext. He has also worked with Mediaedge:CIA, and Contract, and also ran Initiative's Mumbai Office from 2004 to 2006.
