publive-imageThe Dubai Lynx International Festival of Creativity has announced the 40 jury members who will judge entries to the 7th Dubai Lynx Awards. There are two Indian ad professionals on the juries this year.

The Branded Content & Entertainment Jury has Roopak Saluja, Founder & CEO, The 120 Media Collective, on the judging panel, while Tania Singh Khosla, Design Director, TSK Design, is on the Design Jury.

“This is a fantastic global line-up of industry specialists. It's an exciting time for the awards with a programme that's grown to introduce the new Branded Content & Entertainment category and the Independent Agency of the Year accolade, which in turn offers a true reflection of the development in the region's creative output. It will be fascinating to see which are the stand-out entries for the 2013 juries,” said Philip Thomas, CEO of Lions Festivals.

The Film, Print, Outdoor, Radio and Craft Jury is headed by Erik Vervroegen, International Creative Director, Publicis Worldwide, Global. The Direct, Promo & Activation, Interactive and Mobile Jury is led by Ian Haworth, Global Chief Creative Officer, Rapp, Global.  The Media Jury President is Iain Jacob, President of Dynamic Markets, Starcom MediaVest Group, UK. The Design Jury President is Sylvia Vitale Rotta, Chief Executive Officer, Team Creatif Group, France. The PR Jury is headed by Tom Beckman, Executive Creative Director, Prime, Sweden. The Branded Content & Entertainment Jury will be led by Mike Wiese, Director of Branded Entertainment, JWT, USA, as jury President. The Integrated Jury President is Erik Vervroegen, International Creative Director, Publicis Worldwide, France/Global.

Judging will take place during the Dubai Lynx International Festival of Creativity, held at the Madinat Jumeirah from March 10-12, 2013. Cultural attachés will be on hand to assist the jury with questions relating to cultural nuances of the work being judged. The juries' chosen winners will be revealed during the much anticipated Awards Ceremony and Dinner on March 13.

Entries to the 15 awards categories are now being accepted until February 14, 2013. Anyone wishing to enter can find key information and details at www.dubailynx.com.
