The special series is back to boost the health and wellness of Urban India

Urban youth today lives in times of immense pressure to adjust themselves to a very fast paced city life and a lifestyle that has serious health consequences. This beckons a change and CNN-IBN’s flagship health and lifestyle show‘Living It Up’ is back to take a close look at health issues which shadow the young urban India today. Starting from September 24, ‘Living It Up’ will be aired on every Saturday at1:30 pm & 6:30 pm with repeats on Sunday at 12:30 pm & 7:30 pm.
The flagship health and lifestyle show on CNN-IBN will be a 13-episode series on growing urban health problems like cardiac diseases, diabetes, alcohol addiction, smoking, pill popping, cancer etc. that are a direct impact of the lifestyle we live in. The show aims toelucidate the youth about these diseases, their severity and how they can be avoided by following a good healthy lifestyle. The show will also offer solutions and recommendations of alternate treatments for all these ailments.
