publive-imagePrasanna Sankhe, National Creative Director at Publicis Ambiance has called it a day. It was his second stint at the agency. Prasanna joined Publicis first in 2000 as Senior Creative Director and left in 2003. He retuned to the agency as Executive Creative Director and became National Creative Director in 2008.

Prasanna has been the key brain behind the development of the recent RBI campaign as well as the Park Avenue DEOs brand for Publicis.

Commenting on his decision to move on, Prasanna said, “It's been a wonderful three years at Publicis. Since I became national creative director around early 2008 the mandate in front of me was very clear. Besides creating big, popular campaigns, to make Publicis amongst the top three agencies at Goafest and improve our performance at the international awards as well. While creating the campaigns for Citibank, Himani Fast Relief, RBI, Park Avenue DEOs, we managed to be in the top three agencies two years in a row at the Goafest, including a Cannes gold this year.”

“Now that I feel a sense of fulfillment of this challenge, I am seeking out bigger challenges to grow up to. I wish Publicis all the best and hope that this tradition is carried forward in this as well as the coming years,” adds Prasanna.

Speaking on his future plans, Prasanna said, “Currently there are various options that I am still evaluating. There are a couple of advertising options that are open. Also, I see a challenging opportunity in the field of design. And there is another opportunity which is more in the holistic area of Brand management and growth. I still have to figure out which path will be the most challenging and stimulating for me in the future.”

During his total 17 years of career in advertising, Prasanna has worked with various mainline agencies. He started his career in 1994 as Art Director with JWT. Then he joined Trikaya Grey in 1997 where he spent 3 years before joining Publicis. During his 3 years of break from Publicis, Prasanna was associated with Alok Nanda and Company as Creative Director.
