Delhi: Snap has unveiled a range of new offerings designed to help advertisers tap into the Snapchat community.

The company has introduced an array of augmented reality (AR) and machine learning (ML) tools aimed at enabling brands to engage with users through interactive experiences.

AR Extensions

Snap has enhanced its advertising approach with AR Extensions, allowing advertisers to integrate AR Lenses and Filters directly into a variety of ad formats. These formats include Dynamic Product Ads, Snap Ads, Collection Ads, Commercials, and Spotlight Ads. This integration gives advertisers the opportunity to feature their products and intellectual property, immersing Snapchatters in a branded augmented reality environment.

New AR and ML Tools

Snap has focused on developing ML and automation technologies to streamline the creation of AR assets, significantly cutting down the time required to develop AR try-on features at scale. This advancement helps brands transform 2D product catalogs into immersive try-on experiences.

Additionally, the new ML Face Effects tool enables marketers to craft branded AR advertisements using Generative AI technology. This technology allows for the rapid production of custom Lenses, realistic facial effects, and personalised selfie experiences for Snapchatters.
